SnapSends is a free file-sharing tool allowing users to upload and share files up to 1000MB per file. Files are available for download for a limited period (typically 7 days) and are then automatically deleted from our system.
2. Ownership and Usage Rights
- All tools, code, design, and functionality on this site were 100% developed in-house and are the exclusive property of SnapSends.
- You may not copy, replicate, reverse engineer, or use any part of this platform or its technology without written consent.
- Unauthorized duplication or reuse of our system is strictly prohibited.
3. File Content Responsibility
- You are solely responsible for the files you upload and share.
- Do not upload any illegal, copyrighted, harmful, or prohibited content.
- Adult content, pornographic material, sexually explicit images/videos, and NSFW content are strictly prohibited.
- We do not inspect user files, except where required to investigate abuse or platform misuse.
- SnapSends is not liable for any misuse of the service by its users.
4. Prohibited Content & Usage
- You agree not to upload, share, or distribute:
- Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or NSFW content
- Illegal files including stolen data, malware, or hacking tools
- Hate speech, violent content, or abusive material
- Content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws
- Files intended to harass, defame, or harm others
- Attempts to bypass platform security or upload abuse content
- Violation of these terms may result in file removal, account/device blocking, or legal reporting when applicable.
5. File Deletion Policy
All uploads are temporary. Files are stored for a maximum of 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. No backups or archives are maintained.
6. Ads & Tracking
We display ads via trusted partners like Google AdSense and use analytics services to improve performance. These may use cookies or tracking technologies.

7. Limitation of Liability
- SnapSends provides all services “as-is.” We are not liable for:
- Loss of files due to expiration or system error.
- Any direct or indirect damages from file sharing.
- Third-party misuse of shared file links.
