Copyright Infringement or Abuse Notification

At SnapSends, we prioritize your privacy and copyright protection. We do not monitor user-uploaded files, and all files are automatically deleted after expiry (usually within 7 days). However, if you believe a file shared through our platform infringes your copyright or violates our terms, you may report it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

📌 How to Report a File or Abuse:

Please include the following details in your DMCA or abuse complaint:

• 1️⃣ Your full name and contact information
• 2️⃣ A description of the copyrighted work or issue you're reporting
• 3️⃣ The exact download link (URL) you are reporting
• 4️⃣ A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
• 5️⃣ A declaration that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder
• 6️⃣ Your digital or physical signature

Important: Once a file link expires (after 7 days or earlier if deleted), the file is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be accessed or restored.
